Currently, we exclusively serve customers within the United States. By focusing on the US market, we ensure faster delivery times and dedicated local support.

2. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship all products from our US-based warehouse to ensure you get your beauty rituals started as soon as possible.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or extreme weather.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

However, since we ship from within the US for domestic orders, most customers will not incur additional customs fees.
